简单说，我的这个帖子就是介绍27号可能会出现的酒款

让大家有个准备，因为可能大家对NAPA酒不是太了解

全部都是手打额，所以可能有点慢，但是会在27号之前完成

以上说的可能会出现，就是可能不出现，那也别怪我啊

具体怎么样，去参加了就知道了

最后可能帖子不是很专业，只是写一点，我的一些认识以及，值得去多看一眼的东西

Amuse Bouche Winery

Amuse Bouche  2008  NAPA VALLEY red wine  14.8%

Pomerol风格的酒，94%的Merlot以及6% Cabernet Franc

如果酒商拿出这支酒的话，那一定不能错过了

为什么呢？首先，她足够贵！其次她产量真的不多（大概年产量都不到500箱）

几乎每年也有超过90的打分，更因为她的Winemaker ：Heidi Peterson Barrett

她是谁？你不知道的话对NAPA了解太少了（那可是个小地方）

首先你可以看这支酒的酒标，上面的人物就是Heidi 本尊（每年的酒标都会不同，这次的

设计者是Steve Kaufman，号称"Prince of Pop Art." ）

言归正传，RP曾说她是"first lady of wine".总之就是强得一天世界的人物

曾经的客户有Screaming Eagle（死贵酒）  Grace Family（也是人民币超过4位数的贵价酒）  Vineyard 29 （现在貌似合并了，一个不错的好酒庄）

现在还在服务的酒庄有La Sirena（主要产Shiraz，也是她自己的酒庄）Amuse Bouche

REVANA（今年WS TOP100 排到第4位）等等！ 想更多了解，GOOGLE吧

回到酒，由于曾试过05的Amuse Bouche来推断08 black cherries 是明显的

具体怎么样喝了就明白了

虽然现在喝有点可惜，可是真心的，如果有千万不能错过了！！！！！！！！！

Cakebread cellars

按照他们的官方说法就是因为30年前的庄主因为去NAPA消遣，阴差阳错的买了这个酒庄

值得一提是他们酒庄只用一半的土地用来种植，目得是为了交替收获，老实说我对这个酒庄不是很熟，也就听老板说说，不扯了，官网上有一些介绍的，不过具体喝了就知道了0 0

Cakebread cellars Dancing Bear Ranch 2007 Howell Mountain  14.9%

80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc

这支100%来自Howell Mountain，这个AVA的海拔都很高！！！

并且07是不错的好年份

Coup de Foudre Winery

这个酒庄呢也是值得一试的，虽然在国内卖得不怎么样，但是酒还是不错的！

当然这两支酒不便宜，之前试过05的，还不错的说

顺便提一下两点

首先这个酒庄貌似涉及一个“一见钟情”的爱情故事，有兴趣额可以GOOGLE一下

第二点，它家的LABLE是双层的，上面一层可以撕下来，写Tastng note或者情书0 0

Coup de Foudre 37.2 Napa Valley Red wine 2008 

blend of 43% Merlot, 29% Petit Verdot, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon and 14% Syrah

aromas of black cherries, mocha and currants.

This wine features many flavors that typify the Coup de Foudre terroir, including blueberry, vanilla bean, licorice, chocolate, cedar and coffee

总体来说他家的东西都是full-bodied 另外产量只有 225箱，而且貌似已经卖完了，所以能喝到不错过了

Coup de Foudre Napa Valley 2008 Caberbet Sauvignon

blend of 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Petit Verdot and 6% Merlot. 

This wine reveals a profound bouquet of blueberry pie, black cherry and vanilla bean with subtle spice notes of clove and cinnamon. On the palate it is complex and powerful yet graceful with silky tannins and hints of ripe blackberry leading to a long finish

Grgich Hills Estate

这是一个性价比很高的酒庄，下面两款酒一支卖60刀，另一只42刀

但质量很好，整个量也超过1万箱，是我个人特别喜欢的酒

并且庄主“Mike” Grgich 就是在“Paris Tasting” of 1976中制造1973Chateau Montelena Chardonnay 的那一位了，足够大牌吧，而且这个庄采用的葡萄是通过认证的organic and Biodynamic 种植，很值得去喝的

Grgich Hills Estate Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2007   14.8%

所有葡萄来自 Yountville 以及Rutherford 

blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot, 4% Cabernet Franc, 3% Merlot

This is an elegant wine with rich aromas of black berries, black licorice and a hint of cocoa powder. Velvety smooth, it’s the perfect partner with grilled steak, rack of lamb or roasted duck.

Grgich Hills Estate Napa Valley Chardonnay 2008   14.5%

This wine displays aromas of orange blossom honey and toasted almonds with a hint of tropical fruit and crushed stone on the finish. Match this Chardonnay's elegant style with poached salmon, roasted chicken, grilled pork, or creamy cheeses. 

值得一提的是这支酒是有机生物动力学葡萄制成的，貌似05年认证

并且是一款非乳酸发酵葡萄酒，酸度会比较高

organic and Biodynamic?. 知道的可以说一下0 0

HALL

HALL 几乎是我们公司的主打产品，产品线广价格方面比较实惠，活动做得也多！

主要产品分为The Napa Valley Collection以及The Artisan Collection

这次的酒几乎都是前者的，后者在国内市场几乎没有，曾经喝过一次，后者的

2007  HALL Exzellenz Red Wine，非常棒的一支酒 

复杂香气 香料以及巧克力的气味 超棒

但是这次他们真心扣啊，只拿出一些普通产品，连主打的"Kathryn Hall" Cab都没拿出来，失望啊！

HALL Sauvignon Blanc 2009 Napa Valley 

这支的葡萄来自Napa River Ranch，并且呢是由不锈钢桶发酵

整体带来热带水果的体验，主要葡萄柚和番石榴 很新鲜的一支

而且分数也不低

HALL Merlot 2006 Napa Valley 

Nose of bing cherry, violets, cocoa and baking spice which leads seamlessly on the palate to a rich and elegant mid-palate. Expressive flavors of dark cherry, toasted oak and blackberry jam

这两个庄也没收到，所以不清楚

Hestan Vineyards

这个酒庄貌似PK评分不低，而且挺贵的 小产量的种植波尔多品种

并且一口气拿了4支酒出来，涵盖了他家3个不同的葡萄园

Hestan Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2007  15.7%

初一看，吓一跳，很高的酒精度，还有很高的零售价，足足100刀

PK有评94的高分，当然也因为07是个超好的年份

Dense, ruby/purple color with notes of melted licorice, blackberry and smoke, this full bodied wine has superb intensity, ripe tannins and a long, concentrated finish

Hestan Vineyards 2008 Chardonnay San Francisco Bay Unfiltered  14.7%

 Bold, rich and creamy with concentrated melon, spice and hazelnut flavors, excellent depth and a long, elegant finish.    

顺带一提楼上那两支的winemaker：Mark Herold 的第一份工作居然是Joseph Phelps Vineyards 所以卖这钱也不是没道理

Meyer Vineyard 2006 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon  15.3%

Wine Spectator  89 points  45刀

Our 2006 Meyer Cabernet Sauvignon is smooth, rich and creamy at the start, with spicy blackberry, black cherry and wild berry fruit that's well-centered, picking up subtle hints of anise and mocha. The wine teases you on the finish with a burst of fruit

Stephanie 2006 Napa Valley Red WIne  14.8%

顺提一下Stephanie来自庄主女儿的名字 作为4支种唯一一支BLEND

Wine Spectator  91 points； Wine Enthusiast 90 points

加上60刀的价钱，相信因该不错的

A seductively layered Bordeaux blend, with a compelling nose of licorice and sweet spice; hints of tobacco, cassis and black currant with mocha notes that unfold on the palate and linger in the long finish.

Honig Vineyard&Winery

这个酒庄几乎是性价比之王啊，质量一直不错，价格也不算贵

不过但Sauvignon Blanc来说2006一直是口碑最好的，之后就有些走下坡路了

不知道这次2010年份的会怎么样（因为换了新的Lable,也许会有改变吧）

Honig Napa Valley 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon   14.5%

新年份得Cabernet 可能会掺一点Cabernet Franc 和 Petit Verdot 

黑色浆果以及香料味，带有一丝丝橡木桶以及可可粉

Honig Napa Valley 2010 Sauvignon Blanc

因为是新的年份，几乎没资料，也没喝过，但因为喝过好几个之前年份的可以做一点猜测

这个酒作为基础款来说Sauvignon Blanc加上一点点的Semillon几乎成了惯例

几乎每年都是蜜瓜，以及柚子香气 以及 一些热带水果口味 新鲜

因该不错，她家还有一款 Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc 是用来搭配甜品的，有机会可以试下很不错的

John Anthony Vineyards

完全没试过的一个庄,所以当天要好好试试

John Anthony Vineyards 2009 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc   14.5%

完全用不锈钢桶进行发酵喝陈酿的一支SB WS评刀89分 因该属于物美价廉的那种吧

Clean, crisp and refreshing! Aromatics of pear, honeysuckle and citrus translate to the palate where they unite with underlying flavors of key lime and floral tones. Balanced acidity ushers these flavors through to a lingering finish of summery citrus fruit and tender melons.

John Anthony Vineyards 2007 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon   14..5%

WS给了92分,所以也卖到了56块 .....

Nose of ripe dark berry, plum and cassis fruit with complementary scents of clove and nutmeg. On the lushly textured palate, the wine’s fresh, rich raspberry and red currant flavors are enriched by a savory oak undertone that frames the wine’s long, fruitful finish. 

Jones Family Vineyards

他家之前的Winemaker就是前面提到的Heidi Barrett（1996~2006在该酒庄担任winemaker）

而现在则是是Thomas Rivers Brown，2007是他在Jones的第一个年份绝对值得期待

他被称为Napa的Young talents ，当他在2008年时得到RP的两个满分

一支2006 Schrader Old Sparky 另一支是 2006 Schrader CCS  几乎神了

难道你们不想试试这两款嘛？

Jones Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2006  14.9%

作为Thomas的在他家的第一款CabSau 拿到过96的高分（Duran’s Periodic Review of Fine Wine）也卖到了 95块大洋的巨价！！

Its brooding nature comes through in a dark fruited aroma and palate. It has a more soil driven character featuring liquid minerals and graphite.  There's plenty of fruit to buffer the bigness of this wine and it's this massive richness that keeps the vintage's tannin from taking over.  The mid-palate is very broad and stuffed with blueberry, blackberry and black cherry notes

Jones Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2007   14.9%

Larkin Wines

老老实实，又牛逼的WineMarker 还有什么好说的呢？喝过很多次了，很不错的一支

Larkin 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley   14.5%

93分高分，07真的是一个好年份啊
The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon boasts an opaque purple color along with a big, projected nose of creme de cassis, smoked meats, licorice, and graphite. Layered, opulent, and full-bodied with the vintage’s exuberance, flamboyance, purity, and sweet tannins, it has plenty of up-front appeal, but will evolve for 15+ years.

Larkin 2007 Cabernet Franc Napa Valley     14.5%

Talented winemaker Sean Larkin has produced an outstanding 2007 Cabernet Franc filled with richness as well as finesse. Its dense ruby/purple color is followed by notes of white chocolate, raspberries, blueberries, and spice. Medium to full-bodied with an ethereal lightness as well as intense flavors (characteristics of top-flight Cabernet Francs), it should be consumed over the next 10-12 years.

07虽然不错，但是08年的Cab Fra会更好

貌似2010在Wine Enthusiast 拿过个名次，但老实说我对这款是彻底没印象

为什么呢？因为我不喜欢他们的Lable ，但我真的忘了他们会拿什么酒出来

Luna Vineyards

他家呢是靠 Sangiovese以及Pinot Grigio发家的，要知道这些品种在美国不是什么流行品种，当然他们家现在也种Cab和Merlot！

值得提的是他家也很早使用有机耕作法，手工分拣，买入外国先进机器等等所以还值得一试

Luna Vineyards 2008 Sangiovese Napa Valley    14.1%

Sangiovese 75%, Merlot 20%, Petite Sirah 5%

Our 2008 Napa Valley Sangiovese is a deep garnet color. Perfumed aromas of raspberries,

black cherries, lilacs, and rose petals come forward on the nose. The Merlot supports a

chewy currant core on the mid-palate, accented by chocolate and hints of sandalwood. An

interesting mineral note appears on the back of the palate, and firm, silky tannins hold the

wine together. The finish is a lush thirty second trail of perfectly ripe, Bing cherries.

Luna Vineyards 2009 Pinot Grigio Napa Valley

香气有包括柚子 柑橘  ，并充满芒果喝番石榴味，整体浓郁

睡觉了，还有一半，明天弄好发上来0 0这次名庄貌似挺多的

厉害的

辛苦啊，整理了那么多。期待27日。什么时候能够组织一次SONOMA的，就更好拉

还有一半，回家继续，但里面不一定都是拿出来喝的，只能保佑了，因为有1/3我也没喝过

北京的报告，不错

Miner Family Winery

Miner又是一个比较熟的酒庄，大家可以看看他家的LABLE

是一个象形图案，代表太阳神，表达了给人带来阳光，带来健康，带来财富

一个好兆头0 0

并且他家坚持利用太阳能发电，看来一个好的酒标能带来好的创意

并且他家貌似在很多块地方都有酒庄，这次似乎带来4支给我试，我们下面来简单讲下

Miner Simpson Vineyard California Viognier 2009    14.4％

这个年份有4000多箱的产量

Aromatically complex with citrus and honeysuckle notes on the nose and a plush feel on the palate, our Viognier consistently displays a fine balance of natural acidity and intense concentration. Sourced from John Simpson's low-yielding vineyards in Madera, this quintessential food wine was whole cluster pressed and stainless steel fermented to allow the vibrant, tropical and stone fruit characteristics of this varietal to shine.

分别来自6个葡萄园的葡萄组成的哦

85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 5% Merlot

An impressively elegant wine from this rugged mountain top vineyard on the eastern slopes of Napa Valley. With black cherry and licorice flavors flanked by firm yet lush tannins. A wine as special as this undeniably unique vineyard. Drink 2010-2017.

一个小产量酒庄，老实说我知道得不多，不过有兴趣可以了解了解他家的WineMaker

PHILIPPE MELKA 不单单在波尔多N多牛逼的庄干过，还被PK评为  one of the world's top nine consulting winemakers            

Moone-Tsai 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley  14.2％

产量真的貌似不多，只有不到200箱

Tis beguiling Cabernet is generous and lush; powerful, yet approachable; and characterized by a nuanced complexity featuring vibrant black fruit, black tea, and spice. The wine completes itself with nothing less than a noble finish of satisfying lift and length.

Moone-Tsai 2009 Chardonnay Napa Valley 

这次貌似有他家的白酒出现，以前没出现过，所以是未知数0 0

Peju

Peju，貌似是墨西哥移民过去的家族酒庄，喝了不少，不能说很好

但性价比挺不错的！而且也在致力申请有机认证，所以说呢，可以先喝这个

再去喝那些牛X的

Peju 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley   14.1%

86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot and 7% Petit Verdot. 

2006 vintage reveals a lovely nose of brambleberries, caramelized brown sugar, mocha and baking spice with a slight hint of violet. This dark garnet wine is rich and concentrated on the palate with layers of cassis, blackberry and a hint of chocolate-covered cherries that lead into a velvety, sexy finish that lingers long after the glass is empty. 

Peju 2007 Melot Napa Valley   14.1%

84% Merlot, 13% Petit Verdot and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon

2007 Merlot has a bright nose filled with cherries, cranberries, brown sugar, and a hint of eucalyptus. With a complex and layered flavor profile of black cherry, cocoa, tobacco, blackberry, and cranberry, terrific tannin structure, and a long, luscious, smooth finish. This is a delicious, well balanced wine, which will pair well with many savory flavors, including fish

Peju 2009 Sauvignon Blanc Estate  13.7%

Bright and clear in appearance, the 2009 Sauvignon Blanc has a delightful nose of white nectarine, passion fruit, lemon curd and hints of minerality. Fresh and lively on the palate with balanced acidity, the flavors are a fabulous combination of tropical fruit, grapefruit and lime zest with whispers of mango, guava and fresh pineapple. Drink now through 2012. 

Realm Callars

恭喜他家也挖了个新的WINEMAKER，Michel Rolland 

Chateau Le Bon-Pasteur.的小开，然后来美国参与过

Hartwell, Ovid, Screaming Eagle这些大庄子

也曾Staglin干过（主席访日喝到的05SALES，就是他家的入门级白酒)

所以他家几乎都是很波尔多的风格0 0

最后听说他家的起泡酒很不错，可惜没拿来

Blend of 50% Merlot, 27% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Cabernet Franc and 7% Petit Verdot.

Boisterous aromas of Damson plum, black cherry, blueberry, cinnamon, chocolate and toasty oak for the nose. The flavors abound on the palate and the density provided by the red mountain soils gives some backbone to this Merlot-based wine.

Rocca Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 Grigby Vineyard Yountville Napa Valley

Rocca Family Vineyards Syrah 2007 Grigby Vineyard Yountville Napa Valley

分别要卖到75刀喝45刀

至少cab来讲去年拿到了WS92的分数

而去年的SYRAH也被加州美酒指南评刀百大

因为真的不了解，不敢乱说，大家期待吧

Rubicon Estate

由于有事不熟悉的酒庄，所以也不能乱说但是他家的酒喝过一次

很不错的，这次带来的都是相当好的新年份！

可能这个园是CCOF认证有机农所以价格有点贵

Rubicon Estate 2007 Red Wine

他家的主打酒，看看打分吧还有145美刀的价格

并且是个完美的年份，绝对值得一试0 0

95 points from Wine Enthusiast   65美刀

An exotic perfume of cassis, flowers, spice, and oak is followed by luscious flavors of red cherries, currants, and wild blackberries.  The supple tannins and rich core of fruit let you indulge now; however, the impeccable structure will allow CASK to age for many years to come. It is a classic representation of Rutherford Cabernet.

这个庄主要致力于种植Chardonnay和Pinot Noir，因此这次也拿来了他家的

Brown Ranch系列，说到他家不能不说他家的产地位于NAPA的南边Carneros

NAPA有不少起泡酒是该地生产的，一般来讲，该地靠近San Pablo Bay 

海湾带来的凉风很适宜这两种品种的生长0 0顺带他家的基础款Pinot蛮有性价比的

一个来自意大利的家族式葡萄园，当然也会种点意大利的品种

酿酒师都来自自己的家人，质量怎么样还真不清楚0 0

Salvestrin 2010 Sauvignon Blanc LeBlanc Crystal Springs Vineyard ST.Helena Napa Valley  14.2%

2010 Sauvignon Blanc is definitively aromatic. It opens with brightness of citrus, melon and ripe pears. The supple yet structured mid palate is rich with mouthcoating flavors and fine balance, which seamlessly transition to a pleasantly long finish that invites one for more.

不到1000箱的产量！

Schramsberg Vineyards

Schramsberg不用多说了吧，国内有代理的，可能是这次唯一一个气泡酒了0 0

1969年，尼克松访华与周恩来总理的“和平干杯”就是这一支了，也是新中国的第一支美国饮料0 0，值得一试哦

Schramsberg Blanc De Blancs BRUT 2007   12.7%

he aromas are sweet and inviting with fresh lemon and lime, followed by pineapple and ‘Jolly Rancher’ green apple. The generous nose is accentuated by a salty minerality that leads way to the yeastiness of fresh from the oven bread. Upon first taste, the 2007 Blanc de Blancs delivers delicious flavors of green apple, fresh honeydew melon and lemon custard. The palate finishes with a pleasant acidity that is crisp, long and lingering.

Signorello Estate

家族式小酒庄，还真没什么好说的- -他们自己认为自己的酒不错，可是，谁不是呢？

The reticent nose opens to boysenberry, mulberry, vanilla, tobacco and hints of chocolate. The lush full-bodied palate continues with flavors of boysenberry, raspberry and hints of vanilla. The long and lingering finish is accentuated by the young integrated tannins. A wine to lay down and improve in the bottle for the next 20 years.

Sliver Oak 2006 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2006 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon combines full body and richness with moderate alcohol. It has a garnet color and a nose of cassis liqueur, nutmeg and dark chocolate. On the palate, it has a rich, mouth-coating attack, great expression of fruit, a full-body and beautifully integrated tannins that lead to a long, spicy finish. Given proper cellaring, this wine will give drinking pleasure through 2026

Sliver Oak 2006 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot

It has a dark ruby color and an enticing nose of cassis, black truffles and violets. On the palate, the wine has an elegant attack and bursts with flavors of fresh forest fruit, potpourri and Asian spices. It has a long finish with smooth well-integrated tannins. With proper cellaring it should give drinking pleasure through 2026.

Black fruit lusciousness and lingering depth in the aromas. On the palate Kirsch, creamy cocoa adding to bold finish. Complex aromas of cassis, boysenberry, black cherry, minerals and cedar. Elegant and harmonious.

似乎Lable也是一直换的，而且挺有趣，属于那种便宜的酒因为只卖28块

The Centerline displays sultry aromatics, layered fruit flavors and an uncanny balance. The color is deep, and inviting. The nose explodes with blackberry and blueberry jam, acacia flowers, cocoa, strawberries and espresso. The palate is lush and harmonious.

This wine exhibits brilliant hues of light yellow speared by vibrant streaks of green. Aromas of exotic grapefruit and green lime dominate with hints of caper, fennel and lemon zest. Flavors follow with tremendous ruby grapefruit, citrus, kiwi and guava through a crisp finish. This Sauvignon Blanc complements a wide variety of foods from mild cheeses and fish to boldly flavored Asian dishes. It's also a great sipper as an aperitif.

Luxurious, rich and concentrated with aromas of cherry, currant and blueberry. These are just the start of this 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon. The harmonious flavors of black cherry, anise and plush cassis explode upon tasting. This is a classic Napa Valley Cabernet which is wonderful young but has everything it needs to age beautifully

又见名庄，他家就是76巴黎盲品，红酒组第一那位啦，06年的复赛也拿了第2！

但是那些CASK 23, S.L.V.and FAY.都没拿出来带来的几支都是Napa Valley Collection，不过比没有好

Waterstone 2007 Napa Valley Merlot    15.1%

这些酒里喝过的有cake bread, Grgich hills, silverado, mondavi. 比较欣赏的是Grgich Hills，它的chardonnay 和cab sav 都做得很好。曾经和怡园澳洲酿酒师Ken一起喝过（忘了02或03年的）Chardonnay，他也赞不绝口。

AU SOMMET !!!!

下午3点，喝到晚上930，趁着月黑风高，手痒，又顺了一只Coup de Foudre 37.2 Napa Valley Red wine 2008 ，哎人品变得越发坏了

这次NAPA水平真的是高啊，Stag's Leap反而没啥表现（个人观点，随便拍）

Coup de Foudre 很错不错的说，普遍质量高，但是不知道是贵还是什么，卖得不好，一样的钱，其实我回去买Spotts Woode

Cakebread似乎是不错，但我觉得这次

Hestan 真的是属于很不错的，白红，都不错，Chardonnay 真的是相当好

Jones Family 的CAB也真的是不错

Grgich Hills 因为喝了不少，这次第一次喝他家的Sauvignon Blanc。矿物质味让人着迷当然还有Moone-Tsai，貌似第一年能做成这样很好了

 而先前Duckhom，Silver Oak ，鹿跃都表现一般，因该说是期望太高

 而先前我推荐的Amuse Bouche ，AU SOMMET 貌似关注不多，可能他家风格太法国了

 可惜额是我没喝到Rubicon Estate  145大洋的酒 啊，悲剧。

 总体来说，这次活动酒都还不错的，相信以后NAPA的好酒会越来越多的进入中国市场。

Duckhom，Silver Oak ，鹿跃都表现一般,感觉比去年差很远，同意说是期望太高。

Amuse Bouche ，AU SOMMET被惊到，之后才喝的Duckhom，Silver Oak ，鹿跃，也许是顺序问题，为毛这两款不受关注呢？

Hestan的Chardonnay和grgich Hills Estate的Chardonnay个人比较喜欢，而老婆更喜欢Cakebread的SB

哈哈，前面几位高手说的好酒我都喝到了，这些推荐的好酒总体水平挺高的，差的酒很少。甚至个别PN和CF的质量也很不错。稍微有些失望的是Robert Mondavi（可能期望太大，CS Reserve 07还有些年轻，CS 08跟一些Cult Wine比又有些平庸无特色），Stag's Leap之前不知道喝过多少遍了，没兴趣再喝了，而且这次只有Artemis

今天晚上再去喝一次，付150元即可，把napa的好酒喝到厌倦为止，一种好酒都不能少

今晚酒比昨天可能少点，只是稍有不同，具体可以参考我帖子，因为是我们公司和罗斯福酒窖搞的貌似

因为晚上人貌似挺多的，所以老板叫我们不要去了0 0.大家安全第一安全第一

一收费，人就会少很多的，这是我总结的规律，所以今天晚上会喝得很爽

上海90%的经销商和爱好者只参加免费的活动，你懂的，因为在他们的眼中，葡萄酒从来就是免费喝的（不管是名庄还是非名庄）～

上海80%的经销商和爱好者一年只参加两场酒展，UGC和勃艮第，因为在他们眼中，其它产区即使是免费的也不值得去尝试～～

说的对，但是我觉得今晚人不会少，而且酒额量不是太多

大概每种酒只有1~2瓶

其实每年的酒展也是变化很多的，去年的勃艮第就很不咋地，而今年的napa就很完美，如果你参加过前年美国酒会，就知道今年的档次变化有多大。还有去年的葡萄牙。。。。。。所以真的只参加UGC和勃艮第真的会很受伤。说实话UGC除了名气大，还真的喝不出什么，环境太乱

Napa 的酒还是很强劲的。这次HALL的Sauvignon Blanc 和 Merlot 本人喝下来是留下深刻印象的，喜欢。还是那句话，Sonoma应该办一次啊~

今年napa酒展的质量比去年明显好一个档次，我喜欢的。尤其有几款非常优秀的Chard，橡木味道很轻，果味和酸度天才般地融合，口感非常舒服，比新西兰的更精致，完全能跟勃艮第白的名庄拼一下。两场napa下来，每个酒庄的最顶级的红的我都喝过了，总体质量确实挺高。不过风格就那么几种，喝到后面难免厌倦

勃艮第今年是09年展出，应该是很期待的，其实去年08年也有几款相当不错。

总之，实践出真知，多喝点酒庄，多喝点其它产区，葡萄酒生涯就能混得更长更丰富

以前都是上海的加州餐酒协会搞的，napa valley vintners搞的，不是一个活动，这次的主办明显规格高，所以酒好很多。

这个佩服的，做足功课了。需要你这样的精神

cakebread chardonnay虽然很不错，但还是欠缺酸度和优雅性，即使和勃艮第的marcon比
