High quality sweet white wine Maceration of whole aszu berries (botrytised berries) in fermented must during a night, than pressing and fermentation in barrel. After fermentation, aging in oak barrels for 2 years, than bottling and aging in bottle 1 year. A golden-yellow wine with crisp, young appearance. Fresh in the nose with flowers, apricot and citrus aromas. Very harmonious, elegant in the mouth, beside the fruity fragrances its aroma reminds of almond, orange and spicy citrus. Goes well with poultry dishes prepared with fruits. Fine companion of blue cheeses and desserts.
